How to place an order?

Step 1: Add item to your shopping cart

Step 2: Click on next to finalize your order

Step 3: You will be prompted to sign up for an account immediately. Please provide your details and join our mailing list to receive future updates from our store.

Step 4: A payment invoice would be issued and a copy would be sent to your email

Step 5: Make payment (via Ibanking / ATM transfer) and get back to us with your transaction details

Step 6: Item would be shipped out within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment

We only accept DBS/POSB/UOB bank transfer or Internet banking (IB).

International customers can make payment via Paypal but surcharges applies.

Please note that checking out an item implies your intention of confirming it and we will reserve it for you.

All item(s) MUST be paid within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, or they will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.

Alll dead-buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases.  

Delivery information

Customers from Singapore

Option 1: Normal mail
The cost of normal delivery charges range from SGD S1.00 to SGD S4.00 depending on the weight and size of item(s). No tracking is available for normal postage and parcels will usually take up to 3 working days to arrive. Please note that gipsy scarlet will not be responsible for any loss parcel(s) should you choose to opt for normal delivery.

Option 2: Registered mail

Registered mail involves an additional charge of SGD $2.24, on top of normal delivery charges. You will be given a Registered Article number (RA#) and you will able to track your parcels at Singpost's website. Parcels will usually take up to 3-4 working days to arrive.

International customers

Delivery charges is   SGD $8.50 flat for Malaysian customers and SGD $20.00 flat for rest of the world (Australia / United States / Europe)
Payment will be made via Paypal and Paypal surcharges applies.

Returns Policy

If item(s) are defective, please return it to us within 7 days from the date of dispatch. All items must be returned in BRAND NEW condition, unworn/unwashed. In the event that the item(s) you originally purchased are sold out, a full refund will be processed. Sales items are not eligible for exchange. Please note that gipsy scarlet reserves all rights to reject the exchange request if item(s) do not fit our Returns Policy.
